We offer a comprehensive health guarantee to protect your new companion:

✅ Initial Health Guarantee (48–72 Hours)

You have up to 72 hours after receiving your puppy to have them examined by a licensed veterinarian.

If a serious health issue is identified during this period, you must notify us immediately with a written report from your vet.

🧬 Extended Genetic Health Guarantee

We provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee covering serious hereditary conditions that may affect your puppy’s quality of life.

🔄 In the Rare Case of a Health Issue

If a qualifying health condition is confirmed:

• We may offer a replacement puppy (subject to availability), or
• Provide a mutually agreed resolution

Our goal is to ensure fairness while prioritizing the well-being of both the puppy and the owner.

📌 Buyer Responsibilities

To keep this guarantee valid, buyers must:

• Schedule a vet check within 72 hours of receiving the puppy
• Provide proper nutrition, care, and a safe environment
• Follow recommended vaccination and health schedules
• Avoid neglect, accidents, or improper handling

⚠️ Non-Covered Conditions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Minor illnesses or treatable conditions (e.g., mild infections)
• Stress-related issues from relocation
• Injuries caused after delivery
• Failure to provide proper care
